The Product Lifecycle Management Competency Centre (PLMCC) has been established in 2003 with the signing of a tripartite agreement between the JSS Academy of Technical Education in Noida, the French Ministry of Education, and Dassault Systemes, with the VISION to be: "A Center of Excellence in the area of Product Lifecycle Management"
