Am I using a 32-bit version or 64-bit version of Windows?

I would like a hard copy (CD Rom) of the software. Is this available?

CATIA Student Edition is exclusively available as a downloadable package.

CATIA Student Edition includes:

• 2 CDs for the code itself;
• 3 CDs for the documentation;

The cost for duplicating and shipping the CDs would dramatically increase the price of the software.

How to download the software using my web browser?

You will receive an email containing the URLs to download the software and its documentation.

If your mail reader doesn't allow you to click on the links contained in the message, please copy and paste each of them into the "location bar" of your web browser.

You will be prompted for a username and password. Enter the ones you used during the registration phase.

How to download the software using a FTP client?

You also use a standard FTP client, such as Filezilla (a free and open-source software), to download the CATIA or Virtools files from the delivery.3ds.com server.

Enter the following connection details:

• Host: delivery.3ds.com
• Username: your online shop username
• Password: your online shop password

You may also use Internet Explorer by entering the following URL in the location bar (replace the words in blue by your personal information):

ftp://username:password@delivery.3ds.com/
